Smartfood Selects BzzAgent Campain

I was given the opportunity to be a BzzAgent for Smartfood Selects. Oh my goodness these are the best! I love them all. I am all about healthy on the go snacks (and so are the kids). If you like Pirate Booty then you will for sure love the different brands of flavored puffed corn that Smartfood has to offer! I was given the Sour Cream and Onion flavor to sample in my kit. The hummus popped chips were pretty tasty too! I received the Tomato and Basil ones.

I also love that this sort of snack is actually HEALTHY for me! You can get a lot for a little if that makes sense. You just have to have the will power to stop munching after you have had your serving LOL.

I would for sure recommend these items to my friends, family and co workers...pretty much EVERYONE!

Fresh and Easy Bzz Campaign

I was a BzzAgent for Fresh and Easy, especially highlighting the Friends Reward Program... Let me tell you, I love the store, and of course I love the rewards program. I learned so much from doing some shopping there. I love the Kitchen to go items and I also love that the Fresh and Easy Brands do NOT contain High Fructose Corn Syrup! In fact today I stopped at F&E to get some cheese, I had the kids with me (note they normally do not get the opportunity to shop with me because they drive me CRAZY) well...while in the store they were just helping themselves finding items that they want to try! It was so funny, Hayden kept pulling out the different yogurts (F&E brand)... We ended up purchasing the F&E cheese as well as 5 F&E brand yogurts. The kids really enjoyed the flavors they picked out... I will be going back to get the bigger Vanilla Flavored yogurt because Kaden just LOVES that stuff!!! It is also easy to access your Friends card from your Smartphone on the web or you can download the Fresh and Easy app (very simple!) All in all, I love Fresh and Easy, and if you havent had a chance to stop in, DO IT! You will not be dissapointed :)

I was a BzzAgent for the Burts Bees campaign... What is a Bzz Agent? Well you are provided samples and coupons to pass out from the company and you get to spread the word about the awesome products different companies have to offer. After trying the Burts Bees Cleanser and Moisturizer my skin feels a little different. I have more of a combo/oily skin tone, so I think this formula was a little to mild for me as it was labeled for sensitive skin. Overall it did clean my skin well and didnt really leave a residue, so that is good. I still have some coupons left if you are interested in getting some, just let me know!

11 days till Christmas!!! and so much to do....

WOW I cannot believe that it is almost Christmas, it just seems like yesterday we were saying HAPPY NEW YEAR for 2009.... WOW...

So here is a little update on us... Hayden and Kaden turned 2 on the 18th of November, we had a great YO GABBA GABBA party, it was fun! I love Yo Gabba Gabba anyway and so do the kids, so it was a win win for everyone lol...

Also the little misses is starting to become interested in the potty, so we bought a little potty seat to sit on the toilet to get them used to it. So far it is just a here and there kind of thing. We will start doing it a little more frequently after the 1st of the year... that sure should be interesting!!

Other than those events we are just happy and healthy and we are grateful for that!

Vacation here we come!!!

Well the countdown is officially on... We will be leaving on Thursday and will be gone for 9 nights... omg! This is a long trip for us... we are driving, yes driving to Colorado and then on to Nebraska, back to Colorado, then home... It kind of sucks because half of our trip we will be in the freaking car! The reason for the trip is because Nicks dad has retired (as of April 1st, not a joke) and he spent alot of his working years in Colorado, so we are having a reception there.

Nick has always wanted to make a trip to Colorado for one because he has relatives there that has not seen the kiddos yet and this would be a great opportunity, and then his grandma (who is 95) lives in Nebraska and he wants to take the kids to see her because well life is short and this is a perfect time to go visit!

Now you are probably wondering how this is going to work...well we are for sure going to be driving to CO in 2 days because for one, I dont like to ride in the car for a long time...I can go maybe 8 hrs or so, but then I am done... and second, who knows how long the kids can last in the car at this age! The last long trip we did was to Pismo Beach last year and they were 7 months old...going there, they were peachy, coming back home, they were wired! LOL so lets just hope that the trip goes well, we are planning on leaving early in the morning (before the kids wake up) and hope that we can get a few hours out before they wake up and want to be FREE! We do have a portable DVD player so I am thinking that is going to be our godsend... we shall see.... so please say prayers for us that we will have a great journey and we will be safe in all our ventures and make it home in 1 piece, and sane! (this is when the spa gift card will be coming in handy) :)

Happy Birthday to me! (a few days late)

On June 5th it was my birthday, wow time has come and gone! This year is just really flying by, pretty soon I will be planning my twinks 2nd birthday! EEK! For my birthday I received money, gas gift card (will come in super handy!), Wii Active, and my BFF Joan, Don and Liz got me a spa gift card, itunes gift card, and other little misc trinkets. THANK YOU!!! We just had cake and ice cream (nothing too fancy) it was a great night...here are a few pics




On Saturday Nick, his parents, the kids and I went to Carrabas for dinner for our birthday (his mom's bday was the 31st)...that was a yummy dinner!

A crazy week....

Well...it has been a very long and tiring week...and that is only the beginning. We have had our poor dog Bear at the vet for most of the week, he was diagnosed with Diabetes, we were very scared he had some serious problems, but hopefully now we have it under control...

This is something that we are going to have to deal with for the rest of his life. He will have to have 2 injections of Insulin a day...so of course since I love my dog, he is a child of mine we are going to do everything we can for him.

Is it stressful? Heck ya! This is just to prove that life comes with all circumstances, and no one is ever prepared for this stuff, but we can only do the best we can...
